About the Practice
When your child is struggling with emotions or behaviour and everyone at home feels on edge, parents need a clinical route that can make the distress understandable. Bristol Child Psychology Practice supports Bristol families with child and adolescent emotional health, parent stress, school pressure and psychological questions that need more than guesswork. The aim is to turn distress into a clearer formulation, a safer plan and language parents can use with school, home and the wider support network.

Why Work With Us?
Child Clinical Psychology Team: Parents get a clearer, safer route by seeing the professional role, registration route and clinical scope before trusting someone with their child’s mental health.
Assessment Into Therapy: Support looks beneath behaviour, avoidance or shutdown so the family can understand what the child is communicating.
Practical Family Support: The work helps families move from fear and guessing into a clearer plan for home, school and the young person.
