Dr John Pugh is an independent HCPC registered Educational Psychologist based in Liverpool with over 23 years of experience in child and adolescent psychology. At Primus Psychology, he delivers a wide-ranging educational psychology service directly to families and schools across the North West, undertaking parent-commissioned assessments for children and young people of all ages.
Dr Pugh provides in-depth assessments to help families understand their child's learning, emotional, and developmental needs, and produces detailed reports that can support EHCP applications, school provision reviews, and access arrangements. He also acts as an expert witness at Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal hearings throughout England, making him a strong choice for families involved in complex educational disputes.
