About the Practice
When care history or adoption has left feelings too layered for simple reassurance, art therapy can help the story become speakable. One Life Art Therapy gives Birmingham families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
