About the Practice
When a young person feels stuck in their body as much as in their thoughts, multi-sensory art therapy can slow the work down. Rebecca Brereton Art Therapy Healing gives Birmingham families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
