About the Practice
When your child’s distress lives in the body as much as in words, art therapy can offer a slower and safer route in. Rebecca Brereton Art Therapy Healing Leeds gives Leeds families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
