About the Practice
When your child cannot start with a neat sentence, art and metaphor can begin the conversation more gently. Joanna Haworth Art and Therapy Services gives Liverpool families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
