About the Practice
When you are too exhausted to work out the next step, a free SEND-aware sleep helpline can be the first calm voice in the process. The Sleep Charity National Sleep Helpline Manchester Route gives Manchester families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.

Why Work With Us?
SEND-Aware National Helpline: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
Free Telephone Sleep Advice: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: Manchester parents can use this route before paying privately, especially when they need orientation, reassurance and safer next questions.
