About the Practice
When disability or trauma is affecting the whole household, Dundee families may need wider support around sleep rather than a narrow bedtime plan. Barnardo's Dundee Child and Family Support Sleep-Related Route gives Dundee families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.
Clinical Expertise
Sleep-related family stress where disability, ADHD, autism, trauma or care pressure affects routines
Disability, complex additional support needs, ADHD, autism and trauma
Family support route by eligibility and enquiry
Why Work With Us?
Dundee Disability Family Support Route: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
ADHD Autism and Trauma Context: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: Parents can use this where sleep is part of a bigger care and family-pressure picture.
