About the Practice
When sensory differences make the bedroom feel unsafe, Belfast families need autism-specific sleep advice rather than blame. Autism NI Sleep Resource Route gives Belfast families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.

Why Work With Us?
Northern Ireland Autism Sleep Resource: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
Autism and Sleep Guidance: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: Parents can use this to prepare better questions for school, paediatrics and private sleep support.
