About the Practice
When words feel too sharp, art can help a young person make sense of what is happening without having to perform an explanation. ArtsStream Art Therapy Birmingham gives Birmingham families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
