About the Practice
When a child cannot explain the feeling, rhythm and sound can help them be met without interrogation. Music Therapy Birmingham gives Birmingham families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
