About the Practice
When school, family life or trauma has left a young person guarded, art psychotherapy can let the story unfold at a safer pace. The Listening Room Highcliffe Art Psychotherapy gives Bournemouth families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone. The work is therapy, not an art class, music lesson or drama club: the creative medium is used to support emotional expression, regulation and repair.
