About the Practice
When self-harm risk, trauma or anxiety has made waiting feel unsafe, art psychotherapy can give a young person a protected way to express what they cannot say. Untapped Art Therapy Bournemouth gives Bournemouth families a creative therapy route for children and young people who cannot always explain distress through words alone.
