About the Practice
When trauma has affected the child and the whole family is carrying the shockwaves, support must reach beyond one weekly session. Cambridge Acorn Project Family Support Cambridge Family Therapy supports families in Cambridge where conflict, anxiety, school pressure, neurodivergence, trauma or relationship strain is affecting more than one person in the household.

Why Work With Us?
Cambridge Child and Family Trauma Support: Charity/therapeutic support route; ask about named practitioner registration and referral criteria This gives parents a stronger starting point for checking whether the route has the right professional accountability for family work.
Panoramic Family and School Support: Long-term therapy, parent/carer support, school work and support for children affected by abuse and neglect The goal is to change the pattern around the problem, not label one child as the problem.
Family Relief, Not Family Blame: The route can help families, carers and schools build a shared support package around the child. Parents can ask direct safety and scope questions before booking: DBS, safeguarding, supervision, school liaison and what happens if risk is escalating.
