About the Practice
When autism makes sleep advice feel impossible to apply, Wales-specific guidance can give parents a less blaming starting point. Neurodivergence Wales Autism Sleep Advice Route gives Cardiff families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.
Clinical Expertise
Settling, sensory disruption, light/noise sensitivity, anxiety, routines and melatonin timing questions to discuss medically

Why Work With Us?
Autism Sleep Advice Route: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
Wales Neurodivergence Resource: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: Cardiff families can use this to prepare better questions for schools, GPs and sleep specialists.
