About the Practice
When a young person is struggling but the family does not know whether therapy, school support or advice is the next step, local signposting matters. Tower Hamlets and Newham Mind Young People Support supports East London families with play-based and counselling-style emotional wellbeing support for children who need more than another conversation at the kitchen table. The focus is safer expression, stronger connection and practical understanding for the adults around the child.
