About the Practice
When sleep has become part of school anxiety, Leicester families need support that connects the night to the classroom. Leicester Mental Health Support Team Sleep Difficulties Route gives Leicester families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.

Why Work With Us?
Leicester School Mental Health Route: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
Sleep Difficulties and Anxiety Support: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: This gives parents a local pathway to explore through school before or alongside private sleep coaching.
