If your child is stuck on a Leicester waiting list, The Health Suite offers a private neurodevelopmental assessment led by an experienced consultant paediatrician. That means the medical side of autism and ADHD is assessed by a doctor, not signed off from a questionnaire alone.
Families can start with a neurodevelopmental initial assessment to understand what is going on before committing to a full autism or ADHD assessment, which keeps costs clear and avoids paying for the wrong pathway. Assessments follow NICE guidance and produce a diagnosis schools and the NHS recognise.
You receive a written report with practical recommendations for the classroom and home. Appointments are in person at the Leicester clinic.
