About the Practice
When anxiety, behaviour or diagnosis questions have become the whole family’s daily weather, parents need a route that can hold more than one piece of the picture. CAYP Psychology Manchester Family Support supports Manchester and Greater Manchester families where conflict, anxiety, school pressure, neurodivergence, trauma or relationship strain is affecting more than one person in the household.

Why Work With Us?
Clinical Psychology-Led Family Support: Clinical psychologists and specialist clinicians within psychology-led service; ask for named clinician HCPC or professional registration This gives parents a stronger starting point for checking whether the practitioner has the right professional accountability for family work.
Therapy Assessment and Parenting Programmes: Parenting programmes, psychological therapy, parent guidance, family support and neurodevelopmental assessment routes The aim is to change the pattern around the problem, not label one child as the problem.
Family Relief, Not Family Blame: Families can move from formulation into therapy, parenting guidance or neurodevelopmental assessment without retelling the story from scratch. Parents can ask direct safety and scope questions before booking: DBS, safeguarding, supervision, school liaison and what happens if risk is escalating.
