When home, school and support services all have different explanations, families need someone to connect the child’s emotional world with the adults around them. Curiosity Project MCR Family Therapy Support supports Manchester and Greater Manchester families where conflict, anxiety, school pressure, neurodivergence, trauma or relationship strain is affecting more than one person in the household.

Child Family and School System Work: Therapeutic parenting, sensory attachment intervention, DDP-informed support, play therapy, life story work and parent-child programmes The aim is to change the pattern around the problem, not label one child as the problem.

Family Relief, Not Family Blame: Support helps parents, carers and schools respond to the same child with a shared understanding instead of competing stories. Parents can ask direct safety and scope questions before booking: DBS, safeguarding, supervision, school liaison and what happens if risk is escalating.
