About the Practice
When anxiety or OCD is taking over routines, parents need a practical therapy route that gives the child tools. Oxford CBT Child and Family Route supports Oxford families with child and adolescent emotional health, parent stress, school pressure and psychological questions that need more than guesswork. The aim is to turn distress into a clearer formulation, a safer plan and language parents can use with school, home and the wider support network.
