About the Practice
When parents need support before a lengthy assessment reaches them, the local neurodiversity pathway can help needs get recognised sooner. Portsmouth Neurodiversity Team 0-19 Portsmouth ADHD Coaching supports Portsmouth families who need practical ADHD or executive-function help around school, home routines, motivation and confidence. The work is framed as coaching, parent support or skills support, not diagnosis or medical treatment, so parents can see what this route can and cannot solve.

Why Work With Us?
Portsmouth Neurodiversity Pathway: Portsmouth Neurodiversity Team includes family support workers, practitioners, educational psychology, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy supporting the city pathway This gives parents a clearer starting point for checking whether the route has the right background for child-facing ADHD support.
Early Support and Family Guidance: Coaching should turn invisible executive-function problems into visible steps, routines and scripts that a child can practise without feeling blamed.
Quality-Control Guardrails: The route is public pathway support, not private coaching, so parents can use it alongside direct specialist searches. The listing separates verified signals from credentials that still need checking, including ADDCA, ICF, Patoss, AADD-UK/UK ADHD-body links, DBS and safeguarding.
