About the Practice
When sensory overload is keeping a child awake, Reading parents may need support before bedtime even starts. HartSense Reading Sensory and Regulation Sleep-Related Route gives Reading families a route into sleep support when broken nights are affecting school, work, mood and family life. The focus is practical parent-facing support, with clear attention to SEND, neurodivergence and the limits of non-emergency sleep advice.
Clinical Expertise
Sleep routines affected by sensory processing, regulation, developmental needs and family stress
Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, dyspraxia, Down syndrome, sensory processing differences, care and adoption history

Why Work With Us?
Neuroaffirmative Sensory Route: Parents can see the professional route behind the sleep advice, including sleep training, clinical background or SEND experience where available.
Reading Berkshire and South Oxfordshire: The support is framed around what families can actually try at home, including routines, sleep diaries, parent guidance, written plans or follow-up where offered.
Sleep and Safety Boundaries: This route helps families explore whether sleep is part of a wider sensory or developmental profile.
