About the Practice
When a young person needs support but the family cannot afford private therapy, local youth counselling routes matter. Hampshire Youth Access Southampton supports Southampton families with play-based and counselling-style emotional wellbeing support for children who need more than another conversation at the kitchen table. The focus is safer expression, stronger connection and practical understanding for the adults around the child.

Age range extends to 24 for care leavers and SEND, making it relevant for neurodivergent young people
